Jennifer Lopez has arrived on the front of Us Weekly's "Best Bodies" issue.

Lopez looks perfect in a dark set pattern bathing suit on the front of the uncommon issue, on newspaper kiosks now. She postured in other sizzling groups for the summery shoot and talked about self-perception in an off camera feature.

"I grasp who I am," the 45-year-old genius said. "I feel provocative, I feel energetic, I feel pretty at times, in some cases I feel not lovely, you know what I mean? I think a solid self-perception originates from being the best you, not rivaling any other person. You know, I'm not a 6-foot tall model ... I'm not a size 2. I believe its about concentrating on yourself and simply attempting to be the best you."
